The Black Lamb × Vallebona Supper Club

 


Two neighbours, two families, one very good table.


For one night only, on 4th March, Oliver Gladwin welcomes Stefano Vallebona into The Black Lamb kitchen for a supper club shaped by shared values and a lot of curiosity. Together, they’ve created a 6-course menu that brings Local & Wild cooking together with Vallebona’s Italian soul, with a few subtle Japanese notes woven in along the way.


Stefano’s story begins in Sardinia, trading bottarga and olive oil on foot, and continues in Wimbledon Village, where Vallebona has become a much-loved destination for cheese, cured meats and good wine. Oliver brings the British side of things: seasonal produce, wild flavours and a fondness for doing things properly.


Expect generous plates for the table, fresh pasta layered with mushrooms and truffle, and a main course that feels quietly indulgent without being showy. It’s relaxed, thoughtful cooking, best enjoyed over a long evening, a good glass of wine, and the pleasure of two kitchens coming together.
