Our Christmas menu
Our £68 festive menu is made for sharing. Begin with mushroom Marmite éclairs with confit egg yolk and Cornish scallops with apple and chervil salsa, then pass around South Coast grilled octopus and pigs in blankets. Everyone picks their own main, whether that’s the chalk stream trout and chard Wellington, pan-fried goat’s cheese with wild mushrooms and hazelnuts, or Sussex beef fillet with red wine jus.
For pudding, it’s a choice between sticky toffee pear parkin and dark chocolate mousse with salted caramel, unless you share the honey-baked truffled Brie. Vegetarian and pescatarian menus are available.

Our private dining room is ideal for Christmas dinners, family celebrations and team parties, and our sharing menu is designed for exactly these kinds of gatherings. The Little Lamb room, ou private dining room, can accommodate a seated lunch or dinner for 22 people, or a standing reception of up to 40.
