We invite you to join us for a festive feast this New Year's Eve. Our Local & Wild set menu for the night is a banquet celebrating all things British, featuring the Wintry bounty of the countryside.
Start the toasts with a sparkling glass of Nutty Vintage 2018, from our own vineyard in West Sussex. Sip and snack on a Mushroom Marmite Éclair, AAA Maldon Oysters or Exmore Caviar Blini. Then tuck into Scallops on Chervil & Black Truffle Risotto or Torched Squash Carpaccio with Pumpkin Seed Butter. The main event is a classic Beef Wellington with Wild Mushroom Duxelles in a Red Wine Jus, served with Salt Baked Potatoes and Shaved Brussels Sprouts. Round off the night with a Salted Caramel & Chocolate Mousse topped with Hazelnut Praline, or Cranberry Fruit Pastel.
